Updating your account details
While logged in, you view and edit your account details here. Need an extra hand? Follow the steps below:
Click the button at the top of the page ‘Kia ora [your name]’.
Select ‘Account settings’. Here, you can view your current account details.
To edit your account details, simply select ‘Edit account details’ from the ‘Actions’ dropdown.
Make any changes you’d like, and then select ‘Save changes’ at the bottom of the page.
Note: You can’t currently edit your email address or password through this page. Read more below.
Updating your email address
Currently you can’t change your email address directly within your account. No worries, we can help. To update your email address, please reach out to our team at [email protected].
Changing your password
You can change your password by going through the ‘Forgotten password’ process here. Need an extra hand? Follow the steps below:
Ensure you’re logged out of your Trees That Count account and select ‘Login’
Select ‘Forgot password?’
You’ll be asked to enter the email address on your account
We’ll send you an email with a link to reset your password. Click this and you’ll be guided through the finals steps.
