Updating your account details
While logged in, you view and edit your account details here. Need an extra hand? Follow the steps below:
Click the button at the top of the page ‘Kia ora [your name]’.
Select ‘Account settings’. Here, you can view your current account details.
To edit your account details, simply select ‘Edit account details’ from the ‘Actions’ dropdown.
Make any changes you’d like, and then select ‘Save changes’ at the bottom of the page.
Note: You can’t currently edit your email address or password through this page. Read more below.
Updating your email address
Updating the email address you log in with
To change your email log in, simply invite the new email address as a user to your TTC account from within your account settings
Once the invitation has been accepted, you/the new user for the account can log in and take action on the account.
Updating the email that receives receipts
To change your receipt/contact email, simply go to your account settings
While in the details tab, select 'Actions', then 'Edit account details'
Enter in the new preferred email address under 'Contact information'
Confirm this change by selecting 'Save changes' at the bottom of the page
If you're unable to log in to your TTC account with the email address you used to set it up, talk to our team at [email protected].
Changing your password
You can change your password by going through the ‘Forgotten password’ process here. Need an extra hand? Follow the steps below:
Ensure you’re logged out of your TTC account and select ‘Login’
Select ‘Forgot password?’
You’ll be asked to enter the email address on your account
We’ll send you an email with a link to reset your password. Click this and you’ll be guided through the finals steps.
